At NW Cricket, our goal is to provide products that suit your game perfectly. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns for most items.

First solution: Free Reshaping Service.

We offer a one-time free reshaping service for bats to ensure they meet your specific requirements.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for most unused products within 15 days of delivery if you’re unsatisfied.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds on Return

  • Full refunds are issued after inspection, ensuring the returned product is free of issues that could hinder restocking.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Cricket bats with Laser engraving are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Sale, factory seconds or clearance items are final sale.
