Canada Post (Self Serve)

Visit the link below and enter the return authorisation code sent to you via WhatsApp to generate your return QR code.

Generate Return Label

  • Show the QR code at Canada Post and they will print the label for you

  • Shipping cost will be billed after we receive the invoice from Canada post
OPTION 2 · LOWER COST

Print Your Own Label (Manual)

Send us your full address and email address to receive the label.

  • Slightly cheaper
  • Exact amount will be quoted before shipping
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for us to generate the label

Packaging Instructions

Option A

Insert your bat in a well-padded bat cover, then wrap it in a garbage bag for waterproofing and tape it securely. Attach the label and drop it off.

Option B

Use a courier box at your own cost.

Important Notes

  • Use the smallest box possible to avoid extra charges
  • Max box: 36 x 5 x 5 inches (fits up to 2 bats)
  • If a larger box is needed, confirm with us first
  • If you use an oversized package, extra charges will be billed to you
  • Customer must track shipment & delivery
  • We are not responsible for courier issues
  • Pickup available (may add delays)
  • REPAIRS from USA: For repair shipments from the USA, customs charges typically do not apply. However, in rare cases where customs fees are incurred, the customer will be responsible for covering delivery charges in both directions.
