How it works?

STEP 1: Order Repair Online

Select your optimal repair solution from the list below. For multiple bats, consider placing a separate order for each.

NOTE: Repair completion may take up to 3 weeks. For expedited service (4 day repair), please choose the express repair option at checkout.

STEP 2: Repair Drop off / Ship

  • Drop off/Ship your bats to our Ottawa workshop located at [668 Wild Shore Cres, Ottawa, ON K1V 1X9]
  • Add a note with your name and order number on the bat
  • If you are shipping your bat please check RepairShip options during checkout, We also provide 2 way shipping

Packing your bat for shipping: Use a well-padded bat cover and wrap it with plastic for protection, You can also purchase shipping boxes here.

Its preferable to book a timeslot if you require consultation for your repair. BOOK APPOINTMENT HERE

STEP 3: Processing

  • Every bat undergoes inspection upon arrival. We will notify you of any added fees prior to starting the repair.
  • A notification will be sent once your bat is ready for pickup
